• We'll set up a private web page where your employees or members can schedule their own appointments in the time period you've pre-determined. (Appointments are 5 to 10 minutes depending on the type of testing. Antibody testing is a blood test and requires 10 minute appointments.)
• We'll email you a list of all individuals to be tested and their appointment times.
• If your staff is testing for COVID-19 using the PCR method, our nurse can test in your office or at the cars. Testing takes less than 2 minutes. If your staff is Rapid Antigen testing or testing for the IgG antibody, we can test in your office or in the parking lot under a tent. Antibody testing is a blood test and takes longer to administer.
• Everyone must wear a mask during testing.
• Rapid Antigen test results take approximately 15 minutes. PCR tests are sent to the lab where results are coming in from 1 to 2 days, depending on the lab's workload. Antibody test results typically take 1 to 2 days. (We have no control over the lab turnaround time.)
• We'll contact each person tested as soon as the results are in. Individuals can also check their patient portal or call the lab's 24-hour hotline.
