HORMONE PANELS
Lab fees are estimates for those who choose to self pay. They do not include the $99 RapidTestMe service fee.
Thyroid Panel (Comprehensive)
T3 Uptake (T3U), Thyroxine (T4), Total T3 (Thyronine), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), Free Throxine (FT4)
Collection: Blood
Pre-test: Drink plenty of water.
LABS:
Estimated Lab Cost (Self-pay): $89
Typical lab results: 1 to 3 days
PANEL INCLUDES:
T3 Uptake (T3U)
Thyroxine (T4)
Total T3 (Thyronine)
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - measures the levels of TSH in the body to determine whether or not the thyroid, a small gland in the throat, is functioning correctly. The thyroid releases hormones that regulate metabolism and other bodily functions.
Free Throxine (FT4)

Female Fertility Panel
Estrogens (Total), Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone, Progesterone, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Collection: Blood
Pre-test: Drink plenty of water.
LABS:
Estimated Lab Cost (Self-pay): $245
Typical lab results: 1 to 3 days
PANEL INCLUDES:
Estrogens - are responsible for female sexual development and function, such as breast development and the menstrual cycle. In women, estrogens are made mainly in the ovaries and in the placenta during pregnancy.
Follicle Stimulating Hormone - FSH is secreted by the pituitary gland. It stimulates the production of estrogen and eggs during the first half of the menstrual cycle. FSH testing is used to help diagnose problems with sexual development, menstruation, and fertility. It can be used to diagnose or evaluate polycystic ovary disease, ovarian cysts, irregular vaginal bleeding and infertility.
Luteinizing Hormone - LH plays an important role in sexual development and functioning. It helps control the menstrual cycle and also triggers the release of an egg from the ovary. LH levels quickly rise just before ovulation.
Progesterone - measures the amount of progesterone in the blood. It helps determine the cause of infertility in women, track ovulation, and diagnose ectopic or failing pregnancy.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - measures the levels of TSH in the body to determine whether or not the thyroid, a small gland in the throat, is functioning correctly. The thyroid releases hormones that regulate metabolism and other bodily functions.

Female Hormone Panel - Comprehensive
CBC with Diff, CMP, Estradiol, FSH, HgbA1c, LH, Progesterone, T3, FREE (FT3), Thyroxine (T4), TSH
Collection: Blood
Pre-test: Drink plenty of water.
LABS:
Estimated Lab Cost (Self-pay): $168
Typical lab results: 1 to 3 days
Additional tests you might want to consider: Testosterone and DHEA-S
PANEL INCLUDES:
CBC (Complete Blood Count) - measures the cells that make up your blood: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. A CBC helps evaluate your overall health and detect a wide range of disorders, including anemia, infection and leukemia.
HgbA1c - The hemoglobin blood test is used to evaluate glucose levels in the blood over the 2 to 3 months previous to the test.
T3, FREE (FT3), Thyroxine (T4) - High levels of free thyroid hormones in the blood may be a sign of an overactive thyroid, and low levels could be a sign of an underactive thyroid.

Male Hormone Panel
CBC, DHEA, HgbA1c, Human Growth Hormone, Testosterone, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Collection: Blood
Pre-test: Drink plenty of water. Schedule appointment for the morning when testosterone levels are highest.
Typical lab results: 24 to 48 hours
YOUR COST:
RapidTestMe Service Fee (paid online when scheduling): $69
Estimated Lab Cost (Self-pay): $120
PANEL INCLUDES:
Complete Blood Count (CBC) - measures the cells that make up your blood: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. A CBC helps evaluate your overall health and detect a wide range of disorders, including anemia, infection and leukemia.
DHEA - a hormone found in the adrenal glands that helps to make other hormones, like testosterone in men. A low level of DHEA may mean that your adrenal glands are not making enough hormones. Some signs of DHEA deficiency include fatigue, depression, decreased immune system function, decreased sexual desire, and loss of muscle tone.
HgbA1c - The hemoglobin blood test is used to evaluate glucose levels in the blood over the 2 to 3 months previous to the test.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) - In both children and adults, growth hormone helps regulate the rate at which the body both produces energy from food (metabolism) and makes lipids, proteins, and glucose (sugar). It also helps regulate the production of red blood cells and muscle mass.
Testosterone - a hormone made by the testicles responsible for traits such as body hair, muscle mass, and strength. About 20% of men over age 60 and 30-50% of men over age 80 will experience andropause, a significant decline in testosterone production.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - measures the levels of TSH in the body to determine whether or not the thyroid, a small gland in the throat, is functioning correctly. The thyroid releases hormones that regulate metabolism and other bodily functions.

Total Estrogen Panel (Male or Female)
Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol
Collection: Blood
Pre-test: Drink plenty of water.
Typical lab results: 3 days
YOUR COST:
RapidTestMe Service Fee (paid online when scheduling): $69
Estimated Lab Cost (Self-pay): $129
PANEL INCLUDES:
A total estrogen panel measures the level of the most important estrogen hormones: estradiol, estriol, and estrone.
Estrogens (men) - estrogen levels that are too low or too high in men can lead to health problems including enlarged male breasts (gynecomastia). Gynecomastia is most commonly caused by male estrogen levels that are too high or are out of balance with testosterone levels.
Estrogens (women) - estrogens are responsible for female sexual development and function, such as breast development and menstrual cycle. In women, estrogens are made mainly in the ovaries and in the placenta during pregnancy. Estrogen also helps with bone, skin and cardiovascular health. In addition, it affects thyroid hormone production. During menopause, estrogen levels decline along with the production of progesterone and testosterone.
